Associate Product Manager (Core Product, B2B SaaS)

Location: Da Nang or Hanoi, Vietnam (onsite).

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our B2B SaaS (Core Product) team in Vietnam. You'll work alongside our Product Manager, founders, and cross-functional squads (Business Analysts, Design, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success) to ship features that help coaches run and scale their businesses — across training, nutrition, automation, engagement, and the client experience.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one: you'll take a scoped product area or new initiative and drive it end-to-end — from discovery and requirements through design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration. It's an ideal role for someone early in their product career who wants to learn fast inside a global, AI-native product organization.

Your impact

• Own a product area end-to-end. Take a defined initiative (e.g., a new app experience or feature module) from concept to launch, coordinating design, engineering, and QA to ship on time and with quality.
• Turn ideas into build-ready specs. Write clear product items, user flows, and acceptance criteria; work with Business Analysts and Designers to refine requirements before development starts.
• Run structured launches. Plan rollouts using feature flags and staged/silent launches; define success metrics before release and monitor adoption, usage, and quality data after.
• Close the feedback loop. Triage customer feedback and requests coming through Customer Success and white-label partners; investigate, prioritize, and communicate status back clearly.
• Make metrics-driven decisions. Use product analytics and event tracking to assess feature performance, identify drop-offs, and propose iterations backed by data — not opinions.
• Communicate proactively and async-first. Provide crisp written updates (daily reports, launch summaries, decision memos) that keep a distributed team across Vietnam and the US aligned.
• Support release operations. Coordinate with engineering and QA on release timelines, app store submissions, and risk flags — and escalate early when timelines are at risk.
• Adopt AI-native workflows. Actively use AI tools in your own work (research, spec drafting, analysis, QA support) and help the team raise its productivity bar.

• 1–3 years of experience in product management or a closely related role at a SaaS or software company — or an exceptional track record (internships, side projects, startup experience) that demonstrates product sense.
• Strong written and spoken English — you'll collaborate daily with US-based founders and teammates, mostly in writing. (Vietnamese fluency is a plus for working with our Da Nang squads.)
• Structured, detail-oriented thinker: you can break a fuzzy idea into clear requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable in Figma, Jira, and Confluence; able to read designs critically and spot flow gaps before they reach engineering.
• Data-literate: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards and event data, and forming hypotheses from usage patterns.
• A strong eye for UX and mobile product quality — you notice friction, inconsistency, and confusing flows.
• Genuinely AI-curious: you already use AI tools to work faster and are excited to build AI-powered product experiences.
• A plus: experience with B2B SaaS, workflow automation, CRM, fitness/health tech, or mobile apps (iOS/Android release cycles).
