Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a dynamic product team at a leading B2B SaaS company based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a hands-on, customer-facing product role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has a strong track record of delivering impactful software features.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver product features that directly serve customers. You will be expected to contribute meaningfully from day one and operate comfortably within an internationally diverse team.

This role is based onsite in Bangkok, Thailand. The company is open to candidates relocating from abroad and can support with relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, and accommodation where required. Candidates from Thailand, Southeast Asia, or internationally are welcome, provided they are open to an onsite working arrangement.

• Strong product management experience in a B2B SaaS or comparable software environment

• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing product features end-to-end

• Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders

• At least one continuous work experience of 2+ years within the past 5 years

• International experience of 2+ years required (exception: candidates from the U.S., U.K., Netherlands, or Germany may be considered without prior international experience)

• B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred; B2B or B2C software experience also considered

• Startup or high-growth, fast-paced environment experience preferred

• Fluent English mandatory; must be comfortable operating in a fully international environment

• International exposure required (e.g., studying or working abroad, or working for an international company)

• Strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to collaborate within a diverse international team

• Must be open and comfortable with an onsite working culture in Thailand

• Stable tenure history preferred; average tenure of approximately 2+ years (shorter tenures considered with a clear and credible explanation)

• Recruitment process includes approximately 3–4 interview rounds and a product case study
