Operations Executive (Warehouse, Purchasing & Logistics)

A growing company operating in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the supply and installation of solar energy equipment across multiple projects. The team is lean and fast-moving, with key procurement decisions driven at the executive level to ensure efficiency and cost control.

This role is responsible for end-to-end operations support across purchasing data, warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination for solar energy equipment deployed across all active projects. The Operations Executive does not handle supplier negotiation or price approval — those responsibilities rest with senior leadership — but plays a critical role in data collection, order execution, and day-to-day operational follow-through.

On the purchasing side, the executive gathers demand data (average monthly usage, current stock levels, project timelines), analyzes this data to recommend procurement approaches (bulk vs. unit purchase, timing, and preferred suppliers) for leadership review, and then executes purchase orders within pre-approved pricing frameworks while tracking delivery progress and managing related contract documentation.

For warehouse and inventory, the executive handles inbound and outbound movements of solar equipment (inverters, batteries, BESS units, mounting frames, cables, accessories, etc.), ensures proper storage and organization to required standards, and establishes minimum/maximum stock thresholds per equipment type. Regular stock counts are conducted and discrepancy reports are submitted proactively to prevent project supply shortfalls.

On the logistics side, the executive coordinates equipment transportation from warehouse to project sites, liaises with third-party transport providers, and resolves any issues arising during handover and delivery.

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, purchasing, or logistics role; candidates from engineering, construction, or energy sectors are preferred

• Ability to analyze demand and inventory data and produce clear, structured recommendation reports

• Proficiency in inventory management using Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to organize and manage workload independently

• Honest and disciplined work ethic

• Salary of 10–15 million VND/month depending on experience
