Business Analyst Lead

A well-established technology solutions company operating in the Finance, Banking, and Insurance domains, delivering large-scale enterprise software projects across Vietnam and internationally. The team works on complex, high-impact systems that serve major clients in regulated industries, leveraging modern technology platforms and collaborative cross-functional squads.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Lead to take ownership of large-scale projects within the Finance, Banking, and Insurance sectors. In this role, you will analyze, understand, and document business processes and workflows, ensuring alignment between business needs and software solutions — both existing and future.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications. This includes facilitating requirement-gathering sessions with clients, conducting research to support management decision-making, and collaborating with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and other technical team members to design optimal solutions.

Key delivery responsibilities include designing application mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes, as well as producing comprehensive project documentation such as User Stories, BRDs, URDs, and SRS documents, along with user guides. You will also create and execute system test cases and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or in analytics and systems development

• Strong understanding of the Insurance, Finance, and Banking domains within large-scale enterprise environments

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Banking, or a related field

• Proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN, decision tables/trees, data flows, UML, and flowcharts

• Experience producing project documentation including BRD, URD, SRS, and User Stories

• Familiarity with SQL and database management concepts

• Experience working on large-scale web applications

• Basic understanding of technology system interfaces and data integration

• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall

• Practical experience with process documentation and reporting

• Experience with BPMN tools (e.g. Camunda BPMN)

• Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
