The role
A leading blockchain technology company is hiring a DeFi Product Manager to lead a new digital asset product from early development through launch and growth. This is a high-ownership role in which you will define the MVP, own the roadmap, and drive real accountability for what gets built and how it performs.
You will work across product mechanics, risk, integrations, and user experience, collaborating closely with engineering, risk, legal, business development, and marketing teams. You will evaluate integrations across lending protocols, money markets, DEX aggregators, yield platforms, and vault infrastructure, while identifying liquidation risks, failure modes, and edge cases.
The role requires tracking key metrics including liquidity, volume, conversion, retention, and capital efficiency, leveraging AI tools to accelerate prototyping and iteration. You will play a central role in building a transparent, trusted product for both institutional and retail users, with direct influence over product architecture, roadmap, and integrations.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hanoi.
What we're looking for
• 3–4 years of product management experience across fintech, financial services, Web3, or DeFi
• Proven experience taking financial or technical products from concept through launch
• Strong knowledge of lending, borrowing, structured yield, collateralised products, and leveraged strategies
• Practical understanding of fixed-rate products, liquidation risk, collateral management, and capital efficiency
• Familiarity with DeFi infrastructure including money markets, vaults, DEX aggregators, and yield tokenisation protocols
• Comfortable working with engineering and commercial teams
• Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam for an onsite role
What we offer
